What you give us through our forms

When you join the waiting list we collect your name, work email, agency name and website, the roles you place, the industries and company sizes you target, who you want to reach, where the companies you recruit for are based, and any companies you ask us to leave out.

We use this to build and send the leads you asked for, and to check in once to see how they landed. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request, and our legitimate interest in replying to you.

Hiring managers whose details we supply

Our service gives recruitment agencies the name, job title, company and work contact details of hiring managers, together with public signals about their company, such as people joining or leaving and roles being advertised.

We collect this from public sources, such as professional profiles, company websites, job boards and company announcements, and from business data providers.

We use it so an agency can contact the right person about a hiring need. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: ours in running the service, and our clients' in finding work relevant to that person's role. We only supply work contact details, and only for business purposes.

Each agency that receives these details is responsible for how it then contacts people, including following the rules on marketing emails and calls.

If we hold your details as a hiring manager, you can ask us where they came from, ask for a copy, have them corrected or deleted, or object to us using them. If you object, we stop supplying them and keep only what we need to make sure we do not add you again.

People whose job moves we track

To spot hiring needs we note publicly visible job changes at the companies we track: people joining, leaving or being promoted, with their job title and the date of the move. We take this from public professional profiles and company announcements.

We use it only to understand what is changing inside a company. We do not supply these people's contact details unless they are the hiring manager, in which case the section above applies. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests.

You have the same rights: you can ask what we hold, have it corrected or deleted, or object, and we will stop recording your moves.

Where your data is stored

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Our forms are run by Tally and submissions are stored in Notion. They process data on our behalf, under contract.

Some of these providers store or process data outside the UK, including in the European Union and the United States. Where data leaves the UK we rely on UK adequacy regulations or on approved safeguards, such as the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses.

We never sell personal data.

Cookies and analytics

Our site does not set cookies and does not run analytics.

How long we keep it

Form submissions: up to 24 months after our last contact with you.

Early access emails: until the feature launches and we have told you, or until you ask us to remove you.

Hiring manager details: up to 12 months after we last supplied them, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy. Email [email protected] and we will reply within one month.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
